Window regulator is the lifting device of automobile door and window glass, which is mainly divided into electric window regulator and manual window regulator. At present, the lifting of many car door and window glasses generally adopts the button type electric lifting mode, using the electric window regulator.

The electric window regulator used in cars is mostly composed of motor, reducer, guide rope, guide plate, glass mounting bracket, etc. The master switch is controlled by the driver to open and close all the door and window glasses, while the passenger controls the opening and closing of each door and window glass respectively for the separate closing on the inner handle of each door, which is very convenient to operate.

Arm type window regulator

It adopts cantilever support structure and gear tooth plate mechanism, so the working resistance is large. Its transmission mechanism is gear plate and meshing transmission. Except for gears, its main components are plate structure, which is convenient for processing and low cost. It is widely used in domestic vehicles.

Single arm window regulator

Its structural feature is that there is only one lifting arm, and the structure is the simplest. However, due to the frequent change of the relative position between the supporting point of the lifting arm and the center of mass of the glass, the glass will be inclined and stuck during lifting. This structure is only applicable to the case that both sides of the glass are parallel straight edges.

Double arm window regulator

Its structural feature is that it has two lifting arms, which are divided into parallel arm lifter and cross arm lifter according to the layout of the two arms. Compared with the single arm glass lifter, the double arm glass lifter itself can ensure the parallel lifting of the glass, and the lifting force is relatively large. Among them, the supporting width of cross arm window regulator is large, so the movement is relatively stable and is widely used. The structure of the parallel arm window regulator is relatively simple and compact, but the stability of the movement is not as good as the former because the support width is small and the working load changes greatly.

Rope wheel type window regulator

It is composed of the meshing of pinion, sector gear, steel wire rope, moving bracket, pulley, pulley and base plate gear.

Drive the pulley fixedly connected to the sector gear to drive the steel wire rope. The tightness of the steel wire rope can be adjusted by the tensioning wheel. The lifter has few parts, light weight, easy processing and small space. It is commonly used in small cars.

Belt window regulator

The moving flexible shaft adopts plastic perforated belt, and other parts also adopt plastic products, which greatly reduces the quality of the elevator assembly. The transmission mechanism is coated with grease, so there is no need for maintenance during use, and the movement is stable. The position of the rocker handle can be freely arranged, designed, installed and adjusted.

Cross arm window regulator

It is composed of seat plate, balance spring, sector tooth plate, rubber strip, glass bracket, driving arm, driven arm, guide groove plate, gasket, moving spring, rocker and pinion shaft.

Flexible window regulator

The transmission mechanism of flexible window regulator is gear flexible shaft meshing transmission, which has the characteristics of “flexible”, so its setting and installation are more flexible and convenient, the structural design is also relatively simple, and its own structure is compact and the overall weight is light. Flexible shaft lifter

It is mainly composed of swing window motor, flexible shaft, formed shaft sleeve, sliding support, support mechanism and sheath. When the motor rotates, the sprocket on the output end engages with the outer contour of the flexible shaft to drive the flexible shaft to move in the forming shaft sleeve, so that the sliding support connected with the door and window glass moves up and down along the guide rail in the support mechanism, so as to achieve the purpose of lifting the glass.
