When the pressure in the cooling system is greater than 110 ~ 120kPa, the pressure valve opens and the gas will be discharged from this hole. If there is less water in the cooling system, a vacuum will be formed. Because the radiator water pipe in the cooling system is relatively thin, it will be flattened by atmospheric pressure. However, there is a vacuum valve in the expansion tank cover. When the true space is less than 80 ~ 90kpa, the vacuum valve will be opened to allow air to enter the cooling system to prevent the water pipe from being flattened.
