How is the exhaust in the cooling pipe of Chery QQ engine?
1. Unscrew the water tank cover, open the water drain valve of the water tank and drain the antifreeze.
2. Add water to the water tank and continuously flow through the engine cooling system. Until clear water is discharged from the water tank, and the engine runs at idle speed if necessary.
3. After the water in the cooling system is drained, close the water drain valve of the water tank.
4. Flush antifreeze reservoir.
5. Add antifreeze to fill the water tank with antifreeze. Unscrew the reservoir cap, add antifreeze to the “full” mark, and do not exceed the “full” mark.
6. Cover the water tank cover and liquid storage tank cover and tighten them.
7. Start the engine, idle for 2 ~ 3min, and unscrew the water tank cover. At this time, the antifreeze level of the cooling system will decrease due to the elimination of some air. At this time, antifreeze should be supplemented until the water tank is full.
8. Cover the water tank cover and tighten it.
Note: it is forbidden to open the water tank cover or drain valve when the antifreeze temperature is very high to avoid scalding.
The full name of antifreeze should be called antifreeze coolant, which means coolant with antifreeze function. Antifreeze can prevent the coolant from freezing and cracking the radiator and damaging the engine cylinder block or head when parking in cold winter. In fact, many people think that antifreeze is not only used in winter, but we need to correct it all year round.
