Engine assembly means:
It refers to the whole engine, including almost all accessories on the engine, but it is worth noting that the practice in the car disassembly industry is that the engine assembly does not include the air-conditioning pump, and of course, the engine assembly does not include the transmission (Gearbox). And the engines of these imported models basically come from developed countries such as Europe, North America and Japan. They are transferred to Chinese mainland. Some small plastic parts such as sensors, joints, and fire covers on engines will be damaged in the long journey of transportation. These are ignored in the industry of car disassembly.
Engine failure means:
The engine without accessories does not include the following components: generator, starter, booster pump, intake manifold, exhaust manifold, distributor, ignition coil and other engine accessories. Bald machine is an engine as its name suggests.
The engine assembly includes:
1. Fuel supply and regulation system
It injects fuel into the combustion chamber, which is fully mixed with air and burned to generate heat. The fuel system includes fuel tank, fuel transfer pump, fuel filter, fuel filter, fuel injection pump, fuel injection nozzle, governor and other parts.
2. Crankshaft connecting rod mechanism
It converts the heat obtained into mechanical energy. The crankshaft connecting rod mechanism is mainly composed of cylinder block, crankcase, cylinder head, piston, piston pin, connecting rod, crankshaft, flywheel, flywheel connecting box, shock absorber and other parts. When the fuel is ignited and burned in the combustion chamber, due to the expansion of the gas, pressure is generated at the top of the piston to push the piston to make a linear reciprocating motion. With the help of the connecting rod, the rotating torque of the crankshaft is changed to make the crankshaft drive the working machinery (load) to rotate and do work.
3. Valve train and intake and exhaust system
It ensures regular intake of fresh air and discharge of waste gas after combustion, so as to continuously convert heat energy into mechanical energy. The valve distribution mechanism is composed of inlet valve assembly, exhaust valve assembly, camshaft, transmission system, tappet, push rod, air filter, inlet pipe, exhaust pipe, silencing fire extinguisher and other parts.
4. Starting system
It makes the diesel engine start quickly. Generally, it is started by electric motor or pneumatic motor. For high-power diesel engines, compressed air shall be used for starting.
5. Lubrication system and cooling system
It reduces the friction loss of diesel engine and ensures the normal temperature of all parts. The lubrication system is composed of oil pump, oil filter, oil centrifugal fine filter, pressure regulator, safety device and lubricating oil passage. The cooling system consists of water pump, oil radiator, thermostat, fan, cooling water tank, Air Intercooler and water jacket.
6. Body assembly
It forms the framework of the diesel engine, on which all moving parts and auxiliary systems are supported. The engine block assembly is composed of engine block, cylinder liner, cylinder head, oil pan and other components.
