The automobile air-conditioning condenser is located in front of the engine and close to the back of the windward grille on the front face of the automobile (except for the rear engine). 1、 Working principle of condenser

Condenser is a kind of heat exchanger that condenses the high-temperature and high-pressure gas working medium after passing through the compressor into medium temperature and high-pressure liquid. It is one of the four major parts in the refrigeration cycle.

The specific heat exchange process of the condenser is: the high-temperature and high-pressure gaseous refrigerant in the flat tube of the condenser releases heat to the surrounding air through the tube wall and fins, which is an exothermic process, while the air passing through the condenser is heated and heated, which is an endothermic process. In the process of wall heat transfer, there is always a temperature difference between the two heat exchange fluids.
